They are a new food truck in town and have a great selection of sushi and other menu items. I order the Vegas roll, Sombrero roll, and a side of rice. Man....they were so good. Definitely not something you would expect from a truck. My only complaint was that I should have got more rice....SO DELICIOUS!!! So if you're on the east side, or just looking for something different, I highly suggest checking them out.

Holy moly this truck slaps! Gabby kills the sushi roll game with inventive creations mixed with traditional favorites. The portions are great and the price is right. The signature Sombrero roll hits all the right buttons with flavor and spice. The Abigail roll's star is the seared salmon on top and the perfect kick of spicy tuna. Nothing is over-sauced or bogged down by too much tempura. This truck brings the balance!

Tried the Skinny and Mexican rolls and both were delicious. Fast and convenient along with first class friendly service. Visiting from San Diego and Samurai Sombrero will be our Tucson sushi go-to spot.

Don't let the food truck fool you -the food is amazing and the service is great too. Hats off to the owners! We had the Mexican Roll & the Skinny Roll, both were fresh and flavorful. We will be back!

Wow wow wow. I didn't intend to have sushi today but I ended up going back for some and I am so glad I did. I had the Sumarai roll and it was beautiful and so so good. Can't wait to come back and try more.

I got the teriyaki chicken, dragon roll, and egg rolls. They all were fantastic! Quick service and reasonably priced. Don't let the "food truck" fool you!
